Prescript Assist and Prescript Assist Light are exactly the same microflora from Safer Medical of Montana. They both contain 28 strains of beneficial microflora. The difference between the two is the serving size weight. While Prescript Assist is a 620mg capsule, Prescript Assist Light is a 310mg capsule without a pea protein. Additionally, after intensive lab testing in May 2017, there were 28 microbes identified in the completed product, this caused us to change the label to be FDA compliant.

As the manufacturer, we also notified our distributors of this change. Prescript Assist Light was developed from customer feedback like yours who cannot take a pea protein and wanted to take only half a capsule, also would like to give it to their children.

The older labels showing 29 microbes are being phased out, and the new labels showing 28 microbes will replace the older label. We are launching with new labels for Prescript Assist regular 60 and 90 count soon! Look for them.
Again, thank you for reaching out to us, and please feel free to contact us any time, we love to hear from our customers for any feedback.

Were all 28 microbes of the current product present on the previous label?

Which one microbe was removed from the label?

Thanks!
Rich
