Does this inoculate the gut or does it flush through the gut through daily elimination?

These – like all SBO’s are resident to the Gut Mucosa – and yet… NO – they are ‘Not Spore Forming’… please read this carefully: The simple answer is that ‘some of the bacteria’ you refer to in Prescript-Assist (P-A) as being ‘spore forming’ (as to form “spores”) – is factually Incorrect. The bacterium to which you are referring in P-A are most predominantly of the Phyla “Firmicutes” — this phyla typically constitutes ~1/2 of the microflora in the mucosal walls of healthy adult GI tracks (the other half are typically “Bacteroidies.”*
Some Firmicutes incidentally do form a loose protective covering when becoming dormant (sleeping) when under stress and this is sometimes referred to as an endospore (a term which unfortunately may be confused with the term “spore” which is elsewhere is an active, reproductive structure (vs. innocuous endospores). You may – if looking for a further overview of the differences see: http://www.differencebetween.com/difference-between-spore-and-vs-endospore/#ixzz307W2rqOx
We hope this answer is helpful – the sometimes confusion of similar terms not surprisingly has even occasionally tripped up physicians and other professionals.

Their spokesman explains that they best in insoluble dietary fiber. Carrots, onions, turmeric and garlic are some of the best..Aloha
