Shipping Method Policy

Orders received Monday thru Friday by 2 pm MST  will be processed on the same business day or 1 business day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually 2 pm by 2 pm on Monday.

All expedited priority orders must be placed by 2 pm MST  to be processed on the same business day.

Orders received after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. 

Same day processing excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

 

 

Canceling or Changing Orders

Most orders placed to enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.

Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us immediately when you are wishing to cancel or change an order.

 

Tracking Says “Delivered;” Package Not Received

Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

 

If you’have waited a couple of days and you still don’t have the package:

See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.

Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 

You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O box or on your door.

Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.

 

Contact the carrier

Ask if they have additional information about the package’s location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy).

The package was shipped via UPS, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call UPS and see if this is possible.

If you don’t receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 6 p.m.

 

Undeliverable as Addressed-Return Package

If the item comes back to us as “undeliverable as addressed”, the shipping cost will not be refundable. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date.

Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at Safermedicalmt.com warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with a safermedicalofmt.com purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition through USPS service. Once the item is received at safermedicalofmt.com warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded
We are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Here’s how to easily return your item(s):

Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Mail your return via USPS using the pre-addressed printed return label. (Return label can be obtained by sending an e-mail to sales@safermedicalofmt.com)
